About Dora
A licensed Realtor since 2009, Dora Martinez is a dedicated listing agent, having sold hundreds of new construction and resale homes throughout her career. An Austin native, Dora uses first-hand knowledge of the city’s unique neighborhoods and evolving market trends to negotiate and execute consistent top-dollar deals for sellers.

Spending the early part of her career in new construction home sales for a privately-held construction company, Dora’s client base was built via 100% referral and word-of-mouth. A testament to her deep knowledge and loyalty to the Austin real estate market, in 2013, Dora was named one of NAHREP’s “Top 10 Elite Latinos of Real Estate”.
Outside of work, Dora enjoys reading, traveling, exploring Austin’s restaurant scene, and spending time with her four children.
